Super Simple- Muffin Pan Meatloaf Recipe

Muffin Pan Meatloaf

Photobucket>

My mother always made this yummy simple and moist recipe for us when we were kids. It was something we looked forward to and still do to this day. I had my mother over for birthday dinner last week and made her some Muffin Pan Meatloaf. I am sure it was nice to have someone else cook these for her instead of doing it herself. Because all 7 of us kids still have her make it for us whenever we can.

Most meatloaf is dry and dense, but this is almost fluffy and oh so moist! The meatloaf itself has only 4 ingredients. The sauce has 3 ingredients. Plus it only takes 25 minutes to cook and everyone gets there own individual portions. What could be easier? I thought you might like a newer updated meatloaf recipe so here it is...... enjoy!

I always double the recipe for leftovers and drown it in ketchup after cooking it. :)~

Muffin Pan Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 egg
1- 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup Stove Top Stuffing

Sauce Ingredients:
1/4 cup ketchup
2T. brown sugar
1T. Vinegar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl combine the ground beef, egg, tomato sauce, and stove top. (you can add salt and pepper also) Roll into even balls and place into muffin pans. In a small bowl combine ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar. Spoon the sauce over the meatloaf. Place in oven and cook for 25min at 350F. Feeds a family of 4.

The advantage about the funny pictures is that you
can watch them along with the family. The goal with a funny picture is to
have the photograph be almost a blank canvas for you to put the punch line on.
Laughter is the finest medication, and we need to partake
in it as typically as we are ready to do so.

Now people can watch all that they want to in a number of clicks.
One of my favorite ones is where the thanksgiving turkey
is hiding from a guy, who apparently wants
to get him in the oven, by placing a lampshade on his head and standing
on a dresser so he looks like a lamp. Many people prefer the link baiting to increasing the
profit in the online marketing field.

You need to flex those muscles regularly to keep them strong and resilient.
Don't jump cold, warm up first until you break a light sweat. I am aware this seems enjoy ridiculous advice - Get real if you may possibly just flip a switch and enjoy exercise you would certainly, right.

These are REALLY good if you drop a Ritz cracker in the bottom before putting the meatloaf in. It gives it a crunchy crust.
